I think this artwork here could use more contrast between the characters and the background; the characters don't quite stand out properly.

The lineart could use some variation... other than that I find it odd that your character has irises that have no color.

Overall your alien looks fine... the only thing that bothers me a little that he's missing a little something special... something that makes him truly recognizable and let's him stand out among other alien characters.

I like the lineart and the coloring. Matter of fact: I like the style overall.

What bothers me however is that it's difficult to make out the characters and understand the artwork.

Thanks! I really needed to hear something like this today. I can totally see where that concern is coming from, but I'm still caught on the fact that you like the style/lineart/coloring of the art as a whole as that's something I take into a lot of consideration while making these.
